November 16, 2012 Diane Lynn "Lynnie" Alexander, 57, of Syracuse, departed this life Friday at Upstate at Community Hospital. She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Gladys J. Smith and Marsha Merriweather of Syracuse, Iris (Arthur) Belt of Mount Morris, NY, and Rita (Jerome) Hall of Fort Mills, SC; brothers, Wayne Hall of Syracuse and Warren (Lea) Hall of Landover, MD; a number of cousins, nieces, nephews and Diane's extended family from Elgin IRA and Westcott Day Hab. Calling hours will be Friday 10 a.m. to noon at Garland Bros. Funeral Home, 143 W. Castle St., with funeral services to follow at noon. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
