Diane Lalonde, 35 Cain, Kapuskasing, died Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal on Feb. 19, after a short illness. She was 47 years-old. Mrs. Lalonde was born in Hearst on April 9, 1955 She worked as a housewife. She was predeceased by her father Lionel Lalonde and sister Yvette Lalonde. Mrs. Lalonde is survived by her husband Marcel Labelle, daughter Janis Lalonde (Jeff Hill) of Ottawa and mother Rita Lalonde of Kapuskasing. Also surviving are sister Kathy (Guy) Cloutier of Kap and Elisabeth (Alan) Mernick of Newmarket, brothers Raymond (Emily) of Strickland and Denis of Toronto and grandchildren Mathew and Alexander. Rev. Gilles Gosselin will direct the funeral service tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculée Conception Church. Mrs. Lalonde will be interred at the Kapuskasing Cemetery.
