Diane Carol Nickerson October 16, 1959 - August 04, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) NICKERSON, Diane Carol - Dartmouth, passed away August 4, 2005, in QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Halifax on October 16, 1959, she was a daughter of Joan (Field) Smith and the late Charles William Smith. Diane worked at the Dartmouth General Hospital in the Mammography Unit of the X-Ray Department. Her first love was her family and second was her cats, Ssid, Simon, Taz and Buddy. She was an avid collector of cat memorabilia including figurines, picture frames, plush cats or anything associated with cats. Surviving are her husband, Willis H.; son, Graeme W.; brothers, Bruce (Twila), Seffernsville; Keith (Noreen), Lawrencetown; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 7, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where memorial service will be Monday at 1:30 p.m., Rev.
