COX, Diana Diana Cox, b. 20 April 1923, Hove England, died peacefully at home 12 November 2015 with her children by her side. Trained with Royal Conservatory, Toronto, sang professionally as lyric soprano, acted and stage managed theatre in London Ontario and North Vancouver. Served as an officer in the WRCNS (Women''s Royal Canadian Naval Service) 1942 - 1945. Executive Director of the Homemaker''s Service, Vancouver 1970 - 1982. Honorary lifetime member of the West Vancouver Lawn Bowling Club, a much beloved and respected coach. Survived by Michael (b.1955) and Robin and Stephen (b.1957). An informal celebration of her life will be held at the Ambleview Co-op, 606 14th Street, on Saturday December 12 from 3pm - 5pm, family and friends commemoration at 4pm.
