AUBURN - Denise Y. Campeau, 73, of Auburn, died Aug. 30, 2013, at Portsmouth Hospital after a sudden illness. Born in Abiti, Canada, on Aug. 5, 1940, she was the daughter of Emile and Marie-Ange (Marcoux) Poulet. She resided in Manchester for many years and later at Hampton Beach for 30 years. She moved to Auburn six years ago. Denise graduated from Saint George High School, Class of 1958. She spent her life as a homemaker. She was a member of the Salvation Army Ladies Auxiliary where she served as past chairman of the Toy Shop. A loving and devoted wife and mother, her family was the center of her life. She enjoyed traveling throughout the world with her husband. She will be missed by all who knew her. Family members include her beloved husband of 55 years, Normand J. Campeau Sr.; her son, Normand J. Campeau Jr.; her daughter, Diane M. Campeau; her sister, Pauline Poulet; and several dear friends. . services: Relatives and friends may call at the Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union St., corner of Concord Street, Manchester, on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held Wednesday with a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Saint Elizabeth Seton Church, Bedford.
