BEAUREGARD, Denis (former long-time butcher at Queen Mary Provisions) Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital with family at his side, on Sunday, August 2, 2009. Denis Beauregard, in his ninety-fourth year, beloved husband of Helen (Renaud) and by previous marriage to the late Betty (Brown) and the late Margaret (Campbell). Dear father of Dick, Norman (Stephanie), Mary Lynn Cunningham (Vernon), Gary (Eileen) and the late Ron (his wife Francoise). Fondly remembered by his former daughter-in-law Sharon, as well as his grandchildren Heather (James), Lorri (Sean), Christine (Ron), Dann (Margaret), Jenni Lynn (Brian), Kevin, Stephen, Tracey (Todd), Steven (Jennifer), Karin (Justin) and Graham, and great-grandchildren Jacques, Declan, Torin, Shae, Samantha, Alexandra, Christina and Ava. He will be also missed by both Helen and Margaret's families. In keeping with Mr. Beauregard's wishes, cremation will be followed by the Liturgy of the Word in the chapel of the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Boulevard) Kingston, on Thursday, August 6 at 1 p.m. Rite of Committal to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or U.H.K.F. (Kingston General Hospital) in his memory.
