Debra Williamsof Johnson CityDebra Williams, of Johnson City, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, April 25, 2006. She is survived by a daughter, Melinda Burns, Johnson City; her mother, Millie Wildrick, Binghamton; three grandchildren, Marty, Makaila, and Daniel; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Ed Goodrich, Newark Valley, Brenda and Frank Jaskulski, Binghamton, Penny and Mike Agard, S.C.; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was an employee of Willow Point Nursing Home.Funeral services will be held at the J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Main St., Johnson City, Friday at 1 p.m. The Rev. Michael Spiegel, Pastor of First Baptist Church, Newark Valley, will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Forest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12 Noon until time of services.
