DEBRA D. PETERS STEGER, IL Debra D. Peters (nee Skaggs), age 61 of Steger, IL passed away peacefully on November 4, 2013. Beloved wife of Marshall Peters. Loving mother of Lisa (Leroy) Woods and Steven (Candice) Peters. Cherished grandmother of Joseph, Joshua, Michael, Jacob, Mathew, David and Jessica. Debra was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Norma Bullock-Skaggs; and grandson, Joshua Woods.
