CARTER, Deborah Jean, 55, of Weeki Wachee, Fla., passed away December 12, 2009. She is survived by her husband, David L. Carter; daughter, Rhonda J. Pierce; father, Robert Sullivan; mother, Betty J. Sullivan; and two sisters, Diana (David) Marshall and Roberta (Roberto) De San Jorge.
