Deborah Behel Chason, 57, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., passed away Jan. 8, 2012, after an extended illness. She was retired from TVA and was a member of the Church of Christ.Survivors include husband, Mercer L. Chason; stepson, Michael Chason; stepdaughter, Celeste Chason Whittle (Randy); brother, Ed Behel (Jane); sisters, Margelun Parker, Audrey Jean Posey (Jim), Cathy Owen (Jerry).Mrs. Chason was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Nellie Richardson Behel.Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Brother Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Lone Cedar Church of Christ Cemetery.Greenhill Funeral Home is directing.
