In addition to her mother of Clarksville, she is survived by her daughter, Rachel Smith of Bloomington, IL; son, Damien Davenport; brother, Ray Stacey and sister, Sharon Mixon, all of Clarksville; grandchildren, Logan Haworth, Tyler Haworth, Jude Smith and Averie Minadeo; companion, John McGraw of Clarksville.
