BLAKELY, Dawn Michelle EarpsOf White Bluff, TN, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. She was 52 years old. Ms. Blakely is survived by her parents, Rex and Mary Madelyn (Sadler) Blakely; daughters, Kristin (Will) Crow, Rachel (Curtis) Earps-Hall, and Jessica (Ronald) Allen; brothers, Mickey (Mary) Blakely of Mt. Juliet, Tim (Vickie) Blakely, Johnny (Julie) Blakely; sister, Jenny Booth; and grandchildren, Hayden, Lela, Grant, Gauge, Vivian, Baylee, Rex Gavin.
