LAKELAND -- Mr. David Eugene Williams Jr. of Lakeland died of congestive heart failure Thursday (Aug. 12, 2004) at his home. He was 39.Born Nov. 28, 1964, he was a lifelong resident of Lakeland.Mr. Williams is survived by his daughter, Jessica Williams, Old Town; son, David Williams III, Old Town; mother, Leslie Ann Carter Williams, Lakeland; sisters, Lisa Brown, Auburndale, Jennifer Baker, Lakeland; brother, Jon Williams, Live Oak; paternal grandmother, Edith Williams, Lakeland; maternal grandmother, Leila Carter, Lakeland. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 this evening at Countryside Funeral Chapel, Lakeland. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
