WILLIAMS, David George 54 of Shelby Twp., Mich. Formerly of Windsor, Ont. Passed away on Sept. 25, 2009. Beloved and devoted husband to Carol Williams (Horvath) for 33 incredible years. Devoted father to Kurtis Williams. Dear son to Walter & Evelyn Hadden (Williams) and the late George Williams. Dearest big brother to Robert, Jeffrey, Stuart and Alice. Step-brother to Jim Hadden, Susan Ion (Hadden) and Carolyn Hadden. Special brother-in-law to Patty Hynds (Marv DeGraw) (S. Carolina), Bob & Sandy Horvath and the late Gilbert Horvath of Windsor. Nephew to Auntie Pat and Norman & Nancy Williams, (Oakville). Greatest uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special god father to Charlotte and Gage Lambert (Novi, Mich.) David was an avid runner, golfer and lover of jazz, travel, good food and laughter. David was a loving and gentle soul. A devoted family man committed to his wife and son. David has a deep love for Christ. He will be loved and missed by his family and friends but will live in our hearts and memories forever. A mass service will be held on Fri., Oct. 2, 11:00 am at St. Kieran Catholic Church, 53600 Mound Rd. (south of 25 Mile Rd.) Shelby Twp., Mich. Contributions in honour of David's life may be made to Kurtis Williams Education Fund. Contact a family member for more information.
