Armstrong, David W. GUILDERLAND David W. Armstrong, 52, of Guilderland, passed away suddenly on November 8, 2011 at his home. He was born in Louisiana, the son of the late William and Jewel Pyler Armstrong. David moved to New York State 15 years ago. David was an experienced electrician and part of a maintenance crew at Oakbrook Manor, Ravena, before moving to Guilderland. Survivors include his wife, Lorelei Armstrong; his loving, funny and caring daughter, Samantha Armstrong; and a loving and caring stepdaughter, Melanie Griffin.
