David Vaughan Walker David Vaughan Walker of North Augustus, S.C., 54, a horticulturist who had worked for Barry Layman, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2002, in Clayton, N.C. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary S. Walker. The service was held Sunday at McLaurin Funeral Home chapel in Clayton (919-553-7143). Other survivors include two children, Meredith Walker and Jared Walker; his parents, Allan and Shirley Walker of Sun City, Ariz.; two sisters, Karin McClain and Peggy Meeks of Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Mark Walker of Kennesaw, Ga.; three stepchildren; six stepgrandchildren; five nephews; and six nieces.
