Obituary of David P. Stewart


David P. Stewart, of Boston, formerly of Kingston, died on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, lovingly surrounded by his family, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/West Campus, in Boston. He was 56 years old. He was raised in Kingston and graduated from Silver Lake Regional High School in 1973. David was the son of Malcolm Stewart of Lady Lake, FL and the late Edith (Baker) Stewart and stepson of Marion Stewart of Lady Lake, FL. He is survived by his son, Nathan Stewart and his wife Jennifer of Marion and a granddaughter, Aili. David is also survived by three brothers, Michael Stewart of Plymouth, Donald Stewart of California and Glenn Stewart of Plymouth; two sisters, Marie O'Meara of Kingston and Katy Stewart of Halifax and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his longtime loving companion, Lori Diadato, and her late daughter, Corinne (Diadato) Neil. His step-granddaughter, Kailey Neil of Carver survives. Calling hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Monday, September 12, from 4 - 8 p.m.and his funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 13 at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
