David "My Name" McCor--mack, 63, Tuscumbia, died July 21, 2006.Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2006, at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be the Rev. Jan McCarver and the Rev. Ted Bryson.He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dollye McCormack, and sisters, Betty Sue McCormack and Mae Alline McCormack.He was a member of Blythe Memorial United Methodist Church. He was a member of Steamfitters Local 760.Survivors include three sons, David McCormack Jr., of Tampa, Fla., Wade and wife, Kristie McCormack, of Leighton, Kenneth and wife, Teresa McCormack, of Leighton; three sisters, Wilma Jean and husband, Vince Lopez, of Tuscumbia, Shirley Pace, of Tuscumbia, and Lucy Hallmark, of Leighton; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews.A loving father and grandfather who had a passion for fishing, he will be greatly missed by many friends.The family would like to express its many thanks to the staff of the Dialysis Center of Sheffield.In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Blythe Memorial United Methodist Church Building Fund.Colbert Memorial Chapel, of Tuscumbia, is directing.
