Philadelphia, Pa. - David Lee Smith, 73, died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Randolph Baptist Church, Union Point. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Smith, Union Point; two sons, Julius Smith, Athens, and Anthony Heard, California; two sisters, Susie Clarke and Christine Blakley, both of Philadelphia; two brothers, Rueben Smith, Fort Pierce, Fla., and Plee Smith, Philadelphia; and four grandchildren.
