David is survived by his children, Kelvin Lee of Ripley, TN, Tiffany Anderson of Nashville, TN, Danielle Anderson of Nashville, TN, David Jr. and Victor both of Nashville, TN; brothers, Maloyd of Wichita Falls, TX, Booker T. Jr. of Nashville, TN, Cleophus of Milwaukee, WI, Timothy of Nashville, TN; sisters, Georgia Spivey of Hampton, VA, Alonia Anderson of Milwaukee, WI, Shirley Anderson of Nashville, TN; three beloved grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, July 26, 2013 from 11 a.m. til 12 noon at Holly Grove Baptist Church, 155 College Street, Ripley, TN. Funeral will follow the visitation.
