May 21, 2007 David E. Walker, 55, of Camillus, passed away Monday. Born in Syracuse, he was a mechanic for the Onondaga County WEP Department for 34 years before his retirement in January. David was a communicant of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and served his country with pride in the US Navy during Vietnam. Survivors: his wife of 20 years, Sandy; two daughters, Jenny and Carrie; one son, David; three sisters, Louann, Kathy and Sherry; one brother, Mike; and a granddaughter, Diamond. Services: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the GIMINSKI-WYSOCKI FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Interment, with military honors, at the Onondaga County Veteran's Cemetery.
