ArmyHAINES CITY -- Mr. David P. Anderson of Haines City died of heart and lung disease Thursday (Oct. 20, 2005) in Haines City. He was 74.Born in Oklahoma City on June 16, 1931, he came to Haines City from Chambersburg, Pa., in 1997. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the Army where he was an ordnance officer. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma.Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Deona K. "Dee Dee" Anderson; sons, David Lee Anderson, Oklahoma City, Daniel Anderson, Waycross, Ga.; daughters, Diana Goetz, Charlotte, N.C., Debra Facciolo, Harrisburg, Pa., Dolores Anderson Schoeng, Albuquerque, N.M., Dana Russell, Shippensburg, Pa., Dorothea Stark, Springfield, Ill., Donna Anderson, Orange Park, Deanne Foor, Chambersburg, Daniella Grantham, Denton, Texas, Darcy Harding, Frederick, Md.; sisters, Rosemarie Burton and Jeannine Barbour, both of Oklahoma City; 25 grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren.Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City.Memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church building fund, P.O. Box 1285, Haines City, FL 33845, or Habitat for Humanity, 121 Habitat St., Americus, GA 31709-3498. Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City.
