DAVIS, DANNY O. "GABBY," 59, of Shepherdsville, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at his residence. He was a retired forklift operator for General Electric, and a member of the Local union 761. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Catherine Jeffries; and a son, Danny Harley Davis. He is survived by his daughter, Margaret "Breezy" Winter (Ronald); sons, Hank Owen Davis and Joseph Daniel Davis; mother of the children, Jerrie Davis; brother, Craig Jeffries (Barbara); sister, Jean Wilkins; two grandchildren, Trey and Gabriella Winter; and his biker family. A celebration of his life will be held at noon on Saturday at the Chapel of Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy., with cremation to follow. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
