ERNSPIKER, DANNY J. II, 31, of Louisville, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Jewish Hospital. A die hard fan of U.K., NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys. Danny was born May 11, 1981 in Louisville to Danny Ernspiker and Lula Wilkins Miller. Survivors include His wife, Michele; parents, grandparents, Dan and Betty Cook, Rose Ernspiker; step-daughters, Chelsea and Julia Fields; sister, Stacy Rich (Mike); step-sister, Tara Henderson; grandson, Steven Milburn; nephews, Koby and Dalton Rich, and many friends. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Memorial Gardens Drive. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
