Daniel M. Arrington, 84, formerly of Newark, died on May 14, 2011. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday at the Greater Harvest Baptist Church, 541- 15th Ave., Newark, where visitation will be held Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Newark. Daniel was the husband of the late Dorothy Arrington; dear father of Melvin Davis, Donald and Dwayne Arrington, Emerson, Russell and Delores and brother of George, Andy, Gary, Ray, James and Geraldine. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchild, a special family friend, Lillian, and a host of other relatives and friends.
