ANDERSON, DANIEL JOSEPH, 58, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East. He was born on March 23,1952, and graduated from Eastern High School. He attended both the University of Louisville and Bellarmine University and received a bachelor's degree in accounting. Daniel was an active member of the Kosair Shrine and a Mason. He belonged to the Scottish Rite, York Rite and Okolona Lodge. He served for many years as a Kosair Funster Clown and received the Childrens Choice award for his clowning. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Franklin Anderson and Doris Jane Anderson; as well as a brother-in-law, Victor Dye. He is survived by his wife Janet "Jil" Walker Anderson; and his sister, Kym Anderson Dye. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday from noon to service time at the funeral home.
