SMITH, Dana March 8th 1950 - Dec. 9th 2009 Born in Patterson, NJ to Grace Decker Church and Stanley Church, Dana is survived by her sister Cindy; her four children, Jason, Andrea, Jennifer and Stephen as well as her six grandchildren. Dana's Celebration of Life will be held at 10 am Dec. 19th 2009, at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church located at 3200 McMullen Booth Road Clearwater, FL 33761. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Holy Trinity Discretionary Fund.
