-> Richmond Hill - Dana Phelps Smith, 51, died Thursday, July 17, 2003 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was a dental hygienist for Dr. Gene Wallace in Richmond Hill and was a very active member of St. Annes Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hugh Phelps. Survivors: husband, Mark Smith; mother, Betty S. Whittemore of Savannah; two daughters, Holly Tebeau of Richmond Hill, Tabitha Smith of Richmond Hill; son, Christopher Smith of Richmond Hill; sister, Jan "Cookie" Green of Savannah; three stepsisters, Lory McFadden of Canada, Gayle Jennings of California, and Julie Mitchell of Tennessee. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 21 at St. Annes Catholic Church with Father Joseph Smith and Father Herbert Wellmeier officiating. Burial: Hillcrest Abbey West.
