SMITH, Dan On May 14, 2004, Mr. Dan Smith of Vegreville/Willingdon passed away suddenly at the age of 46. Survived by his wife Karen, 2 daughters Rebecca and Sherri, parents; Jack & Connie, 3 brothers; Kelly (Tammy), Kevin (Teresa), Wade (Carla) as well as numerous friends and relatives.
