DALE WILLIAMS, Jr., 95 LAKELAND - Dale Williams, Jr. passed away at 95 years old following a long period of Alzheimer's disease on March 5, with his family at his bedside. Dale was born in Lakeland on December 17, 1917 and lived his entire life here, but for the time he spent at college. He worked at IMCC for 32 years and retired in 1980. He lived out his years in the home he and his wife built 50 years ago, where he knew he was loved and lived innocently in that trust, as a constant blessing to his family. A son, Gary, died in 2009. He is survived by his wife of nearly 69 years, Minnie Lee, and his son, Rod.
