Dale Dirk Taylor, 88, Bradenton, died July 13, 2004. He was born May 20, 1916, in Gary, Ind., and came to Manatee County in 1984 from there. He formerly owned Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning Co. in Gary. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 2188 in Bradenton Beach. He attended Kirkwood Presbyterian Church in Bradenton and was a member of Ross Reformed Church in Gary. Survivors include his wife, Agnes; a daughter, Kathy Goocher of Indiana; sons Terence of Ohio and Jeffrey and Scott, both of Indiana; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. The visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 26th Street Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
