Dorothy A. Booth, a longtime New Rochelle resident, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2003 in the Sound Shore Medical Center. She was 86 years old. Dorothy was the loving wife of John Booth, who she married on December 27, 1934. Dorothy was very active in women's organizations. She was the past President of the New Rochelle Womens Club. Also, a previous President of the Past President Club and a member of the Federated Clubs of Westchester. Mrs. Booth was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church and also attended services at the St. John's Church in Larchmont. Besides her husband, she is survived by her son John H. Booth IV of Wilkes-Barre, PA and her daughter Deborah A. Booth of Plattsburgh, NY. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. GEORGE T.
