JENNINGS, Donald Walter, 89, passed away Thursday morning at Lake Shore Villas. He was born November 21, 1913 in Aldridge Birmingham England. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Consuelo C. Jennings; his children, Jerry A. Jennings, Donald Walter Jennings Jr., Andrea K. McIntosh and Gregory A. Jennings. He has 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Mr. Jennings resided in Tampa for 83 years. He is the retired owner of Everglades Exotic Plants and was much respected for his pioneering of Aquatic Plants of Florida throughout the United States and Canada. He was a wonderful father and friend to many. He served in many capacities and callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Family and friends will gather to pay respect November 11, 2003 for services at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2120 W. Fletcher Ave. His viewing will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., with services thereafter. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
