ERICKSON, DONALD ERNESTJUNE 18, 1947 - OCTOBER 24, 2013The passing of Don Erickson, of Birsay, Sask., occurred on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Outlook & District Health Centre, at the age of 66 years. Don is survived by his loving wife, Pat of Birsay; 3 sons, Doug (Jodi) Erickson and their children, Kaycee & Rylee of Birsay, Dean (Heather) Erickson of Rosetown, and Dennis (Karen) Erickson and their children, Ashton & Kaitlyn of Weyburn, Sask.; 3 brothers, David (Doreen), Dennis (Donna), and Dwight (Dawn); and numerous nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by granddaughter, Alexandra Erickson; an infant sister, Janet; and by his parents, Armas & Esther Erickson and his in-laws, George & Alice Romuld. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Birsay United Church, Birsay, Sask, with Rev. Michelle Armstrong officiating. Interment will take place in the Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to: The Canadian Cancer Society or The Birsay United Church.
