CARTER, DEWEY ROBERT "BOBBY" - age 72, of Knoxville, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is preceded in death by his son, Lonnie. He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Shirley; his son, Larry and Debra; his daughter, Rebecca and Richard Howard; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
