LEE, DR. DAVID - age 58, of Knoxville, died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Tennova Physician's Regional Medical Center. David was born and raised in Kingsport, TN, a graduate of Dobbins-Bennett High School and an Eagle Scout. He went to the University of Florida and received his nursing degree and medical doctor's degree from East Tennessee State University. David completed his residency and fellowship with the University of Louisville. David was a member of Gastrointestinal Associates and was a co-founder of Knoxville Football Club. He was a member of Temple Beth El. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Louis Lee. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Wasik Lee; son, Paul Francis Lee; daughters, Meredith Elizabeth Lee, Kathryn Deborah Lee and Alexandra Paige "Apple" Lee; mother, Beulah Lee; brothers, Jason Lee of Boston, MA and Mark (Wanda) Lee of Milton, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 1:00 p.m. Sunday February 2, 2014, at New Jewish Cemetery for a graveside service with Rabbi Matthew Michaels officiating The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Temple Beth El, P.O.
