Cyril Walker SALISBURY, NB - Cyril Eugene Walker,71, of Marx Farm Road, Salisbury, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday January 22, 2008 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Sussex he was a son of Gladys and the late Weldon Walker. Cyril retired as a Department Manager with Kent Building Supplies in Moncton and enjoyed reading, gardening and summer vacations when his family all arrived home. Survived by his beloved wife, Alda (Girouard); his children, Daniel (Ellen Taylor) of Pepperell Mass., Stephen (Donna) of LaSalle On., Kimberley Walker (Rene LeBlanc) of Moncton, Karen Steeves (Victor) of Berry Mills; cherished granddaughters, Amanda Steeves, Holly Steeves and Jocelyn Walker; a brother, William (Laura) of Myrtle Beach S.C.; aunt, Vivian Patriquen of Bellisle Bay and his loyal canine companion, Beau. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Father D. Deveau officiating. A reception will follow and interment will be at Fairhaven Cemetery, Moncton. If desired memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. www.keirsteads.ca January 24, 2008
