Cynthia M. Millard, 49, of Mesa, Arizona; passed away January 9, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. Cynthia was a compassionate geriatric nurse (LPN), artist, crafty, loved to rescue stray animals, optimistic and loved life. Those who remain to miss her are her daughters, Krystal (Bryan) Clark, Heather Harris, Brianna Chrisman; parents, James and Arlene Millard; sister, Debbie (Kip) Hinds; brother, Matthew (Heidi) Millard; two grandchildren and 1 niece.
