Cynthia Dianne Wilson (Avram)February 5, 1949 – May 21, 2014It is my unfortunate duty to inform you that Cynthia (Cindy) Wilson passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at the age of 65 years. We are saddened by the loss, but are also overwhelmed with the love and support that her family and peers enthusiastically give. As a family, we would like to thank you, Cindy, for being so kind and giving of your time and honest attention. She cared so deeply about her students, both past and present, as well as enjoyed sharing in the hardships and triumphs with co-workers. Her humour was often coloured with the seasoning that one obtains from spending one's time with twelve year olds (no offense kids), and her light heart was always welcome in a conversation. She fulfilled her role as daughter, a mother, an aunt, a wife, an educator, a true friend, and a kind retreat. Cindy is survived by her mother Helen Kosteniuk, and leaves behind her brothers Randy, Kevin, and Phil Avram. Cindy has three children Jennifer, Todd, and Mark Wilson, and grandchildren as well. Prayers will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in St. George Orthodox Cathedral, 2005 Edgar St., Regina, SK. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in St. George Orthodox Cathedral with Fr. Cosmin Sicoe officiating. Interment in Lumsden Cemetery.
