She had resided in Springfield since age 5 and attended Pittman, Hickory Hills and Glendale High School.Cindy was an avid animal lover and adopted numerous pets over the years.She was preceded in death by her father, Ron Crane and is survived by her husband, Randy Carter of Mt. Vernon, MO; mother, Marion Crane; sister Dorothy Marie (John) Arrowsmith all of Springfield; brothers, Mark (Debby) Merritt of Farmington, Mich. and Scott (Patty) Crane of Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; nephews, Zach Arrowsmith and Tyler Crane; niece Breanna Arrowsmith; and her beloved tomcat, Manley.Memorial services will be Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM in First and Calvary Presbyterian Church with Reverend Greg Ellis officiating, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
