BROWN, Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Brown, 48, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., formerly of Holiday, Fla., died Friday, December 16, 2005, at home in Tarpon Springs, Fla. She was born in Winter Haven, Fla., and moved to Orlando in 1998, then to Holiday in 2000 and to Tarpon Springs in 2002. She was a retired restaurant manager and a member of First Baptist Church of Holiday. She is survived by her husband, Thomas R. Brown of Tarpon Springs; a son, Billy R. Brown of Spring Hill, Fla.; two daughters, Crystal G. Pereira of Orlando, Fla., and Amanda D. Brown of Tarpon Springs; a brother, James Martin of Lebanon, Texas; in-laws, Billy Ray and Cecile D.
