Curtis Eugene Moore February 11, 1936 - May 6, 2014 Labelle, FL- Mr. Curtis Eugene Moore, age 78, of Labelle, FL died Tuesday morning May 6, 2014. A viewing will be held from 6pm to 8 pm on Monday, May 12th at Vance Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Phenix City, AL. Curtis was a native of Salem, AL. He was the son of the late Carrie Moore. He was a carpenter by trade for over 58 years. He sang and played bass guitar in the Joyful Hearts Gospel Quartet before moving to Florida. He is survived by one son, Scott and his wife Tina Moore; and one grandson, Blake Moore all of Kentucky; five brothers, James Moore and wife Barbara of Warm Springs, GA, David Moore and wife Marilyn of Salem, AL, Alton Moore and wife Pearl of Winter Haven, FL, Johnny Moore of Quitman, GA and Willie Moore of Warm Springs, GA; one sister, Dinah Duffell and husband Jimmy; with numerous nephews and nieces.
