BAR HARBOR - Constance May Graham, 95, died Jan. 20, 2009, in Bar Harbor. She was born Sept. 10, 1913, in Stillwater, the daughter of William Joseph and Nora May (Landry) Carey. She graduated from Old Town High School in 1931. Connie worked at her husband's office, Franklin Graham Co., for 33 years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing her piano and organ for family and friends. Connie was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and sang in the choir for many years. Connie is survived by her son, Robert F. Graham and his wife, Dinah Moses; one grandson, Robert F. Graham Jr. and wife, Renee, all of Virginia Beach, Va.; one sister, Eleanor Morrell of Scarborough; many special nieces and nephews; and her special canine companion, Rusty. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest R. Graham; three brothers, Reginald Carey, Francis "Jim" Carey and Bernard Carey; and three sisters, Esther Mary Carey, Rita Foster and Olive Wells. Friends are invited to call 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, at Jordan-Fernald, 48 Eden St., Bar Harbor. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Father John O'Hara officiating. Spring interment will be at Hulls Cove Cemetery, Bar Harbor.
