BELL, Clara Julia Born April 13, 1917 in Noyes Crossing, Alberta. Died November 26, 2007 in Victoria, B.C. Predeceased by her loving husband Stanley and her son Stan, brothers Frank, Dan and George Noyes, sister Florence Holmgren. Clara is survived by her son Don Bell (Sharon), her brother Cecil (Bud) Noyes (Myrna), grandchildren Teri, Leona, Donna, Larry, David and Dawne-Michelle and great grandchildren Brendan, Jordan, Marissa, Sarah and Madison and many nieces and nephews. Clara was a great lady and will be sadly missed by all whose lives she touched. Rest in Peace 428935
