Naples, Fla. - Claire M. (Connor) Roy, 72, of Naples, Fla., died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013.Born in Greenwich, on April 22, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Clara (White) Connor. Claire was very dedicated to her career as an owner/broker of her highly established real estate company, Town & Country Realty in East Lyme. She also was a day-one employee of Foxwoods Resort & Casino in Mashantucket. After retirement, she resided in Florida where she loved to paint, garden, and take care of her beloved Muffin.Surviving are a son, Mark Roy of New London; two daughters, Allison and husband, Brandon Gunther, of Uncasville, Kimberly and her husband, Cory Beck, of Naples, Fla.; her brother, Jerry and wife, Judy Connors; a nephew and a niece; along with eight grandchildren and another due in November.
