THOMPSON, Christine Barbara Christine Barbara Thompson passed away at Campbell River Hospital on December 9th, 2013. She is predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Scully, her husband's parent Florence and Charles Thompson and her sister Sonia Scully. Christine is survived by her husband Robert Charles Thompson, son Colin Thompson (Jody Moorie) of Port Alberni, B.C., daughter Fiona Smith of Sicamous, B.C., 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 nieces and nephews. Christine was a Chamber of Commerce President in 1983 and worked as a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. In her leisure time she enjoyed water colour painting, sewing and kayaking. Christine was a very loving mother, wonderful wife to her husband and always made an outstanding impression on everyone she met. She was very much loved by her family and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Donations in her memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
