OBITUARY CHRISTINA ANNE MACLEOD PARKER Born in 1920, in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, died peacefully at home in Knowlton on October 29, 2007, following a difficult challenge with cancer; a great loss to Leonard, her husband of sixty-three years, and their daughter, Sheana (Tom Carter). She also leaves her beloved grandchildren, Eleanor and Jeremy, their father Andrew Louson (Linda Martin), and family and friends in Canada, Scotland and England. Chris had a long career in nursing, eventually becoming assistant matron of the South Manchester University Hospital. A productive life, lived with courage, wisdom, charm and grace.
