After a very long battle, Christa passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2003 at the young age of 43. She is lovingly remembered by many friends and family. Although her death was expected, we are heart-broken that she is now gone, especially before her favourite day of the year. We will miss her generous nature, her tenacious strength of will, her poetic soul and her infectious laugh. There will be no visitation at the funeral home as per her request. Funeral Friday, December 26 in the Chapel at St. Patrick's Home, 2865 Riverside Drive at 10:00 for Mass of Christian Funeral. Interment at Hope Cemetery. As always, thinking of those in need, in lieu of flowers or donations, Christa would be pleased if more people would consider the gift of organ donation.
