NEW SMYRNA BEACH - Cheryl Lee Smith, 43, of Budd Road, a supervisor for a vertical blind company, died Thursday at home. Mrs. Smith, was born in Ketchikan, Ark., and came here in 1979 from Rockledge. She enjoyed puzzles, gardening, ceramics and her dogs. Survivors include her husband, Michael; a brother, Kevin Howard, Atlanta; and a sister, Chris Rhodes, Winter Garden. Baldwin Brothers is in charge.
