->Williams, Charlotte4/17/1935 - 9/22/20120ur beloved mother, Charlotte Williams of Ithaca, NY passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the age of 77. She was born in 1935 in Aberdeen, South Dakota to Herman and Mary Creswell, both deceased. Charlotte was predeceased by brothers, Al Creswell, Bobby Creswell and sister, Marjory Creswell. Charlotte is survived by her husband, Ronald Williams; daughters, Debra Babin, Peggy Morehouse and Susan Williams; sons, Buster Williams and David Williams; twin sisters in-law, Irene Richards and Eileen Williams, and sisters in law, Shirley Corey, Shirley Williams, Marilyn Creswell and Phylis Creswell; her brother, James Creswell; sisters, Joy Cooper and Anna Percy; 25 grandchildren as well as numerous nephews and nieces. Charlotte grew up on the prairie in Fessenden, ND and attended St. Anna`s one room schoolhouse. She had a wonderful time in 2008 at a reunion of her St. Anna's schoolmates when the school was renovated to its original condition. She was thrilled to see her original teacher there, too. Charlotte enjoyed painting, ceramics, going to yard sales, gardening and most of all her grandchildren. She loved to travel and some of her favorite vacations were spent at Ocean City, MD crab fishing at Princess Anne, swimming and walking the boardwalk. Charlotte was an avid Elvis Presley fan and she collected Elvis Presley memorabilia. She was so easy to be around that a stranger could sit down at her table and she would pour them coffee and just start talking like she knew them all her life and joke with them. She did not judge people. She accepted people the way they were. She will be most remembered as a wonderful mother, aunt and grandmother, and for her sense of humor in the most trying situations. Today my mother died and part of me did too. I will miss you mom and I will never forget you. You will always live inside of me. You always made me feel better just hearing your voice. I will miss our long talks we often had and I will miss just seeing you. It always made me feel safe and like everything was gonna be alright. I miss you Mom and you haven't been gone one day. I know you're looking down on me tonight and I hear your voice saying "it's gonna be alright." -Buster 9/22/2012Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 am, Friday, September 28, 2012 at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W.
